The constant temperature and humidity chamber has an accurate temperature and humidity control system, which provides various simulated environmental conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, textile, food processing and other sterility tests, stability checks and industrial products, raw material properties, product packaging, product life and other tests.
Features
The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with electrostatically sprayed surface. The paint film is firm and the shape is beautiful.
The inner liner is made of mirror stainless steel, with four corners and a half arc design, which is easy to clean. The spacing of the partitions inside the box is adjustable. The left side of the cabinet is equipped with a Φ50 test hole for user’s inspection and external built-in device leads.
The control system adopts microcomputer temperature control technology and has 30-stage programming with high precision control. Ultrahigh brightness LED display makes all display values more intuitive.
It has an independent temperature limit alarm system, which will automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit temperature, ensuring safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
Use imported humidity sensor to avoid frequent replacement of wet and dry balls.
There is a power cord safety socket on the back of the device, a drain valve overflow on the bottom, with an external water supply and a bucket.
The printer and RS-485/232 interface and temperature limiter can be added before ordering according to user's requirements.

Yes, all our dry cabinets and environmental chambers are fully customizable based on your technical specifications, capacity, materials (e.g., SUS304), and functional requirements (e.g., N₂ purge, heating, data logging).
2. What is the lead time?
• Standard models: 5–10 working days
• Customized configurations: 15–30 working days
Lead times may vary slightly based on order volume and component availability.
3. What trade terms do you support?
We offer flexible Incoterms® 2020 options to suit your logistics needs:
- EXW (Ex-Works): You arrange pickup from our Hangzhou facility.
- FOB (Free On Board): We deliver to the port of shipment; you handle ocean/air freight.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover freight and insurance to your destination port. Import duties and local taxes are not included.
- DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to your specified address. You handle import clearance, duties, VAT, and unloading.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available on request – we manage all costs including duties and taxes for door-to-door delivery.
Note: DDU is no longer used in Incoterms® 2020; DAP is the current standard.
4. How are shipping costs and taxes handled?
Shipping costs depend on product dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen transport method (sea, air, rail, or express). Import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless DDP terms are selected. A detailed breakdown of all costs will be included in your official quotation.
